Product Details

HEATSOFT far-infrared heating material is a new type of heating fiber that incorporates far-infrared ceramic particles in the spinning process to produce knitting yarn.

HEATSOFT far-infrared heating material products are 2~4 degrees higher than conventional fiber raw materials when they are worn. Therefore, HEATSOFT far-infrared heating material is a low-carbon, environmentally friendly and energy-saving product.

The raw material is a blend of Delalon acrylic and high-quality Australian wool, which can be used as bleaching yarn. In addition, nylon is added to make it fluffy and soft.

This product has the functions of heat storage, warmth, and far-infrared heating. The product is very suitable for socks, hats, scarves and other functional products.

 

Cotton fiber

Cotton fiber has high strength, good wrinkle resistance, good moisture absorption, good affinity for dyes, easy dyeing, complete chromatogram, and brighter color.

 

Polyester fiber

Polyester fiber has excellent wrinkle resistance, elasticity and dimensional stability, good electrical insulation properties, resistance to sunlight, abrasion, mildew and moth, good resistance to chemical reagents, and resistance to weak acids and alkalis. Heat resistance and thermal stability are outstanding among all synthetic fabrics.

 

Bulked yarn is made by blending two kinds of fibers with different shrinkage rates into yarn, and then treating the yarn in steam, hot air or boiling water. At this time, the fiber with high shrinkage rate will shrink and it is located in the center of the yarn. , And the mixed low-shrinkage fiber, due to the small shrinkage, is squeezed on the surface of the yarn to form a loop, thereby obtaining a bulky, plump and elastic bulky yarn.
